Part of The A-List ecosystem - a members app that puts premium partner offers in front of high-tier clients, from redemption to fulfilment. A NestJS/Prisma API behind a Next.js site, an Ant Design admin and an Expo app for members, over a schema of around 40 models covering venues, deals, memberships, communities and artists. My role was primarily business analysis - working the loyalty and redemption rules out with the team - alongside hands-on work on the loyalty engine, the admin and the initial project setup.
What I built
- Specified the loyalty model - point levels, per-supplier earn rates, membership tiers and how redemption history should read - and then built it, along with the transaction history behind it.
- Set up the monorepo and its shared TypeScript package, and the CI/CD pipeline the team shipped on.
- Built venue, deal and category management in the admin, including deal redemption with its related records and venue redemption reporting.
- Added the brand-voucher analytics: top brands by voucher usage plus a per-brand usage detail view, charted with Recharts.
